How To Improve Arabesque, Penché, and Needle

Many of you have been asking me to share the exercises I do to stretch and strengthen my back for Arabesque, Penché, and Needle.  So, my most requested video is up on YouTube!

My back is naturally flexible, but I still stretch everyday to maintain a high arabesque and overextended needle!  Always remember that the path to success is through dedication… stretch consistently everyday, and you will see results!

    I like your blog and youtube channel so much!
    How many hours you dance ballet every week? Do you have summer holidays from ballet?
    I´d love, if u could share stretching tips for splits and that kinda stuff in youtube.
    My knees are hypermobility, and I need to strengthen them. Do you have any tips for that?

  3. Hey Clarissa! May I know how you train on the split that reaches towards the back? I'm not sure of the exact name and I really hope you'd give me tips on how to work on it as I'm really interested in it and I really want to be able to do it someday. Hope for your reply soon(-:
